How do I create a task from an image?
Tap the camera icon on the home screen, take a photo or select an image from your gallery. Capture will automatically extract tasks from school newsletters, permission slips, invitations, and more.
How do I invite family members?
Head to the menu and choose Add or Edit Child or Invite Parent or Carer. From there, just follow the steps to invite them.
How does the email-to-Capture feature work?
Each family member gets a unique Capture email address (shown under Account). Forward emails containing tasks or events to this address, and Capture will automatically extract and create tasks and events.
Can I assign tasks to specific family members?
Yes! When creating or editing a task, you can assign it to one or more children or mark it as a parent task. Tasks appear on each assigned person's task list.
How do I setup reminders?
Go to Account → Reminders to configure when and how you receive reminders for upcoming tasks and events.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the menu → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. If you're the last parent, this will also delete your family group.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely in Australia with Supabase. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
What AI services does Capture use?
We use Anthropic's Claude for image analysis and task extraction. Your data is processed securely and is not used to train AI models.
